Breaden (Buddy) Young is a film photographer from Pittsburgh, PA, USA. Spending his early years in a small rural area outside of the city he had a fascination with the mixture of nature and the post-industrial depression that had surrounded him.

Mostly focusing on candid documentary style photography, he aims to capture the sights and feelings of the unique landscape that is Western Pennsylvania. The feeling of a mundane life shrouded in the clouds of industry.

He is currently working on a photo project, "The Ohio River Valley", which will be taking a look at the industries that have died, the ones that remain, and the impact they have had on the small communities surrounding them.
